Apple has just released its much-anticipated mobile phone, iPhone, marking its entrance into mobile phone markets. With the realities setting in slowly, there are many news about this possiblely revolutionary mobile phone. Here is an abstract...

1. It's not a mobile phone and no 3G support.

2. Its batteray is not changable.

3. No expandable memory.

4. No office software installed.

5. Can not download audio on air

Maybe most of them are not rumors, since people usually believe Apple could do better. I don't care 1 and 4 and this phone looks really very beautiful, but if 2, 3,  6 were true, it just looks like an iPod with different kinds of wireless connections, much worse than expected.

At present I can see nothing that iPhone will success in China, similar to its previous products. Our people like SMS very much, I really don't any idea that a phone without hard keyboad is suitable for SMS inputting. Meanwhile, Apple's products are usually a little bit expensive. Abroad, it reasonable since people can get perfect warranty, while it's much worse in China. In the end, it's said iPhone will appear in Asian market the next year, that would give many companies enough time to prepare for the competition.

For myself, I still prefer S-E's M600 and expect its successor. However, they are just my opinion. Time will tell truth.
